Arissa India is seeking a full-time IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruiting and a passion for finding the best talent to help grow our organisation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Identify and recruit top IT talent through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet our company’s requirements and culture.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
