- Contact potential customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Creating and updating activity reports.
- Answers customer questions about products or the company.
- Ask Questions to understand customer requirements and close.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information.
- Meeting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and quarterly sales goal.
- Follow up with clients regularly and convert them into sales.
- Excellent Convincing and Negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates from any industry having telesales experience will be considered.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
