Job Description

  • Contact potential customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
  • Creating and updating activity reports.
  • Answers customer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask Questions to understand customer requirements and close.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information.
  • Meeting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and quarterly sales goal.
  • Follow up with clients regularly and convert them into sales.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent Convincing and Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates from any industry having telesales experience will be considered.
  • Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
